Linten received a call from Adele Hunt, Forever Agency’s Operations Director, seeking immediate help. The web design, marketing, SEO and social media agency’s success in Manchester had led them to outgrow their premises. They needed a total network and telephony installation for their new office which had no current facilities to communicate with the outside world.
The nature of Forever Agency’s business required high-speed bandwidth to allow them to function efficiently and deliver the service their clients had become accustomed to.
Linten immediately offered their assistance and undertook a site visit where the requirements were completely scoped, and a solution provided ready for immediate implementation.
Forever Agency were on a tight deadline to move into their new premises. In total, we had five days to install their entire network infrastructure. Few IT service providers can do all this within such a short deadline, but we’re different. Linten could offer:
Forever Agency rely on the internet to function as a business, with the requirement for large files to be uploaded and downloaded constantly. Internet speeds in Manchester are notoriously poor; Linten managed to overcome this for Forever Agency by supplying them with a dedicated wireless leased line with symmetrical download and upload speeds. This meant that the company remained as efficient as ever post-premise move, and experienced no interruption to their business.
Linten completed all essential work ahead of the deadline, integrating a fully hosted telephony solution slightly later in the project.
Providing Forever Agency with a hosted telephony solution ensured that the technology they were using was future-proof, could be taken to another site if an office move occurred again, and provided all of the features necessary to support their customers with excellent service. All configuration changes or any reported issues are managed remotely via Linten, taking the burden away from Forever Agency.
When move-in day arrived, the Forever staff were delighted with our work. As part of our service commitment, we provided telephone training to help the team familiarise themselves with the handsets and functionality. Linten were congratulated for finishing up with time to spare and easing the transition to the new office.
