In the property industry, regular communication with tenants, landlords and contractors is vital. Therefore Manlets required robust phones, email connectivity and up-to-date hardware, to respond to enquiries efficiently.
The biggest challenge for Manlets is the location of their offices. Despite being based in the city centre, the area is limited to slow internet connection.
In order to provide quality customer service and communications, Manlets required an IT solution that could improve their limited connectivity.
We have installed two failover internet connections on different networks and continue to manage connectivity for Manlets. By providing two failover internet connections, we are able to overcome the restricted internet access in their area.
Importantly, our connectivity uses two different networks to give a further level of resilience. This ensures round-the-clock connectivity, even if one connection has a problem.
We provide Manlets with a fully managed Office 365 solution, covering email and file management. This ensures that all internal and outgoing communications take place within a compliant environment. With security in mind from the ground up, our Office 365 connection includes integration with backup and antivirus software.
To ensure that no phone goes unanswered and all customers receive the utmost service, we installed and managed a Hosted phone system using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phones.
