Challenge

From the outset, The Massage Company had ambitious plans to open multiple franchises. To ensure the company could expand quickly and seamlessly, the business owner wanted to invest in a scalable system from the outset.

The founder was familiar with Premier Software for beauty buisnesses. As Linten are Premier Software partners, The Massage Company came to us looking for a one-stop shop for a full range of hardware and software for their business.

Strategic Planning

We began working with The Massage Company before the first concept store was even built. This allowed us to provide strategic advice, working with designers and contractors to define where cables and connection points ought to be laid. Incorporating technology into the very building design helped to boost The Massage Company’s efficiency from the outset.

Initial Evaluation

Setting up a new start-up business with ambitious plans for expansion, The Massage Company needed to define all the technology that a growing beauty business may need.

Ongoing Setup Package

Using the initial concept store to demonstrate the interconnected software and hardware services Linten can offer, we defined a set up package to expedite new massage centre openings.

By installing a scalable technology foundation from the outset, we aimed to deliver a short enablement time. Receiving an order just weeks before opening, we can ensure that each new location of the multisite business is fully connected.

Solution


Hardware & Software Installation

Linten engineers supply and install all IT equipment in each Massage Company location: from hardware, including network racks, PCs and printers, to the setup of Premier Software.

Hosted Phone Systems

To ensure that no phone goes unanswered and all customers receive the utmost service, we installed and manage Hosted Phone Systems (VoIP). This enables calls to be overflowed between sites at busy times or for better internal communication.

Hosted Desktops

The Massage Company planned to be a multi-site business from the start. To make management easier, we provide secure desktop hosting, so staff can access their desktop from any workstation, anywhere.

Advance Connection for Lead Generation

As the business develops and opens more franchises, it’s important to begin trading as soon as possible.

We provide local phone connections and email addresses for each new Massage Company centre, before it has even been built. This allows the new centre owner to begin advertising, build a reputation and effectively start trading in advance of opening.

Connecting each centre to a cloud server, The Massage Company’s data is all securely managed within Linten’s centralised data centre.

This means that the capacity for data storage grows as the company does. Company data can be accessed from anywhere, with staff level access permissions.
