urbanbubble approached us back in 2013, ahead of ambitious growth plans. They recognised the need to become more agile with technology, and sought a cloud IT package that had the flexibility for the different departments within their rapidly expanding team of concierges, building managers and office staff.

Security was an additional concern. After initial consultation with Linten, they understood that they required a dependable system that could safeguard their customer data as well as offering encrypted communications between urbanbubble workers. The client knew that a better structure was essential to cope with their demands, logistical tasks and plans for business expansion.

The transition of recommended solutions needed to be implemented seamlessly and coincide with their office move; they sought an IT partner who could educate them on cloud-based services, source solutions, and provide help desk support. Overall, urbanbubble required:

  • VoIP and remote server monitoring
  • A cloud package that could accommodate more digital processes over time
  • Expert advice
  • Seamless connectivity integration for new facilities
  • Security guarantees that customers, workers and investors could depend on

Solution


Having assessed their needs, we drew up an agreement that included user support, security products (such as antivirus protection) and Office 365 accounts for all administrative employees. We successfully assisted with the roll-out of a hosted desktop solution and new data connectivity that met the requirements of urbanbubble.

During the office move, we assisted with the internet connectivity and essential hardware equipment required for the new premises, and we continue to offer fundamental IT support services that give our client the resources they need to develop and grow their business.

Our relationship and service requirements have now extended to assist and support newly appointed in-house IT Management at urbanbubble. We underpin urbanbubble’s external requirements and act as a complete disaster recovery plan should issues arise on-site that in-house IT support cannot facilitate at head office. Our extensive knowledge of the network’s infrastructure enables us to provide invaluable advice to the IT team which is proactively communicated, making us the first point of escalation in the event of the team’s absence and on-site issue triage. Essentially, we provide a complete backup solution to ensure business continuity at all times. Our support engineers can jump into a help desk position whenever it’s required of us, because we know the technology inside-out.

urbanbubble have now established their Liverpool office and have ambitious plans to widen their reach across the country. Our proven track record with urbanbubble has now cemented a tight partnership. Our extensive understanding and proactive account management of the business enables us to make suggestions for the future-proofing, security, business and budgetary planning, and ultimate expansion of the company. This means that appropriate privileges or restrictions could be apportioned to different employees, ensuring that each member of staff could fulfil the duties of their job effectively whilst remaining cost-effective.
