By actively monitoring all of the IT systems that we support, we are the first to identify any problems. We install relevant updates, apply the necessary security patches and fix any bugs or faults flagged by our monitoring system.   

A proactive retainer with Linten provides peace of mind for your business. Each retainer client joins our response and fix SLA, so you can rest assured that we are fixing any potential problems before they affect your business.

REGULAR HEALTH CHECKS

We will integrate your IT systems with our monitoring software. This allows us to automatically perform over 40 checks every five minutes, to identify any potential technical issues so they can be resolved quickly and without a briefing.

SCHEDULED SUPPORT

You can pre-book an engineer from our service desk for a specific, non-urgent project or update. If you have planned a migration or a global update, benefit from dedicated technical support to ensure it runs smoothly. 

CONTINUOUS MONITORING

To keep on top of your remote support services, we provide a monthly report for all clients. This report includes details of the support tickets we have resolved and an update on the status of your systems. We will also include further recommendations for proactive IT support, to let you know what we’ll work on next month.

If an unexpected IT issue occurs and you do not have a support retainer, we are still here to help!
