Our monitoring systems perform over 40 checks every five minutes, to ensure your systems are working at maximum capacity. Our regular checks help to identify any areas of concern, before they affect your business. These include: hardware capacity checks, virus protection, firewalls, operating system updates and driver patches.
Regular health checks and a thorough evaluation of your technology will allow us to ensure that you’re always connected.
We monitor all hardware and software systems that we manage to prevent faults and address them immediately. Our ticketing system also enables us to respond to detailed requests and enquiries as soon as an issue arises.
As part of our support services, we provide a monthly written report. This details the support tickets that have been addressed and the status of each client’s systems. We’ll also include any recommendations for upgrades and changes.
